Team Objective

• Focus on players having fun and not just winning.
• Getting players to take pride in themselves, their team and the Oxford Club.
• All players are able to demonstrate running, handling and evasion skills that will enable them to play the game of Rippa Rugby with confidence.

Players

• Play for the enjoyment.
• Play as best you can but always be fair.
• Play by the rules of the game.
• Show a commitment to the team by attending all practices and games.
• Demonstrate good sportsmanship with our team and opponents.
