Subs:                           Rolling - all players must play at least half a game

Numbers per team:   15 maximum - games must proceed with even numbers

Conversion:               Not to be taken further out than the 15m line

Lineout:                       8 players, can be contested, no lifting at all

Scrums:                      8 players, no contest and no pushing
